Shipping of orders  will be made within 72hours of purchase and a tracking number will be provided. However, this excludes all weekends and public holidays. Please refer to the shipping page for more information.

All Wild Soul Eclectic items are hand crafted, so as a result, they may be a varying of finish, marks, texture and stone colours. Colours may vary between on-screen and in-person but every attempt has been made to photograph accurately. 

 

RETURNS:

Unfortunately, I don't accept returns for change-of-mind, but for other reasons, only store credit or exchange will be offered. Gift vouchers, sale items, and custom designs are also non-returnable & non-refundable.

REFUNDS:

Refunds are only provided where the item is faulty and this must be notified within 7 days.  Please understand that the product must be returned unused, without scratches or dents and must be in original packaging. The original shipping cost and/or the return shipping cost will be not be repaid on refunds.​ To arrange a return, please email me at wildsouleclectic@outlook.com with all the details to discuss. 

 

Upon receiving your order, please check it carefully and contact me if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong so I can remedy it as soon as possible- within 7 days of delivery.
