All domestic jewellery orders are sent with tracking with NZ Post and I aim to send all orders in 1-3 business days. A tracking number will be provided to you. These parcels are covered for damage or loss, but please note we are not responsible for any errors in address by the customer or stolen packages. Please contact Wild Soul Eclectic within 5 days if your purchase arrived damaged.

I try to use as much sustainable materials in my packaging as possible- cardboard boxes, recycled bubblewrap and reusable polishing cloths. Orders can be gift wrapped upon request.

Domestic standard tracked post is $7 and free with orders over $160. 

Rural delivery is $12 and signature on delivery is $11.
